Jasmin Ouschan pulls out of the World Straight Pool championships
Due to the recent mess regarding the WPA not sanctioning the World Straight Pool championships, Jasmin Ouschan has decided not to take part, as it will no longer be an Official world pool championships.
Last year Jasmin won an unprecedented Bronze medal in this Men’s world championship, and many had hoped that she may do even better this year.
It is a big loss of the event and is another sign of the ongoing economic problems facing the sport of billiards.
